Pearls of Great Value

Father God, 

I pray that You will not let me get distracted in the shaking. Give me a heart and mind that is steadfast. Give me eyes that focus on You in the midst of going through the valley. You will redeem this time and create beauty, so help me to see the valley not as a burden but as an opportunity. Every valley has a purpose and I pray that I will see and accomplish my purpose here. You haven’t brought me here to be crushed, but to breathe new hope and life into the dryness of the valley. Shift my focus. I want to see as You see! I want to do Your will in this moment! What can I do here? Who can I help? Is there anyone or anything that I can take with me back to the mountaintop? Show me! Use me Lord, to rescue! 

 

Lord, place within me the Words you need me to speak forth. Help me to shine bright the Light of Jesus. I thank you that I have victory in You. I thank you that I have hope to share, that I am filled with love and can reach out in compassion. Thank you for being joy and peace within me. And for the encouragement and breath of Holy Spirit, I am forever grateful! Your Spirit is present and such a comfort to me! 

 

I reach out and hold on to Your Word, I tether myself to Jesus and I hold on. Lord, I look forward to the fulfillment of Your promises. Let your Word go forth and bring life! I join in and say with Mary: “Let it be done unto me according to Your Word.” I trust You. I honor You. In Jesus mighty Name, I praise You. Amen!
