Pearls of Great Value

God said to me once and for all, “All the strength and power you need flows from me!” And again I heard it clearly said, “All the love you need is found in me!” And it’s true that you repay people for what they do. ”Psalms‬ ‭62:11-12‬ ‭TPT‬‬

I’m reading and praying the Psalms, and I’m discovering hidden treasures. Verses are being  given as light from heaven. God is opening and revealing His heart to me and for me. These words are such precious gifts! 

This one in Psalm 62 is my Abba gently reminding me that all my needs are met in Him. All the strength I need to make it through this storm flows from His heart to mine. All the power I need to go through today flows from Him. As a life giving stream it flows from Him. And I am helped.

I am quickly discovering that in my weakness He is strongest. I don’t have to go into the pit of despair because my greatest hope is in Him and He will never leave me. Because He is my rock, my stronghold, my salvation, I will never be shaken. My joy and peace depend on God, therefore no circumstances will steal heaven from my heart. Though sorrow is with me, yet still I will prevail. The Lord is my help, I follow close to Him; His right hand holds on to me. Forever I am His, and He is mine. So we walk. Hand in hand through today. Hand in hand through today. Step by step. For me, there is no other way.
